Ivy Education Centre is committed to making sure that your child receives the high standard of
educational instruction that he or she deserves. Our teachers were top scorers in school themselves in their
student days and they have the expertise, patience and devotion necessary to
set your child on the path to success.
Our centre provides a quiet and conducive environment for students to
excel and grow academically. Our
carefully planned curriculum ensures that no learner will be left unable to
cope before proceeding on to more complex problems. Our instructional materials are set to challenge the stronger
students and motivate the weaker ones, and our homework assignments are
progressively paced, in order to make sure that students proceed at a speed
that is suited to their learning ability. Class sizes are also kept small to a maximum of 9
students so as to minimize the teacher-to-student ratio, ensuring the students
get the most out of the class contact time.
The atmosphere is lively and informal, and students are encouraged to
voice their opinions and participate in class discussions and activities on a
regular basis. This goes in line with
our belief that regular interaction in the classroom promotes learning for all involved. We believe our method of teaching English and Math
not only allows for a very rapid mastery of just the basics and fundamentals of
the topics, but also inculcates a sense of learning outside the school
textbook. It promotes a sense of
stretching one¡¯s learning beyond the
set syllabus, and facilitates learners with constructing knowledge about a
field within their capabilities.
Our Vision - We aim to
be the preferred gateway to success in education in the private sector. We have a history of sending students to
top-ranked schools, based on their excellent academic results, and built up a
pool of positive testimonials and feedback, which we will assuredly strive to
continue to improve upon.
Our Mission - We provide
an array of high-quality training, education, and development programmes for
our students with the aim of bringing out the best in individuals. By providing
excellent and attentive student training services, we will do our very best to
ensure that no student is left behind.
Our Core Values - We believe
that we have made a PACT with each and every one of our students. By this, we mean the following:
A Promise
that we will actively encourage students¡¯ academic and
intellectual growth;
We pledge Action,
to follow through and actively correct any complaints and resolve any issues
promptly after they are received;
Concern, for our students¡¯ welfare and individual learning needs at all times;
And lastly, we aim to earn both students¡¯ and parents¡¯ Trust,
and give them the peace of mind to know that when they enrol with Ivy Education
Centre, their needs are first and foremost.
